Wenderlynn Bagnall
I am a permaculture practitioner and educator, and active resilience coach. I have been practicing this innovative, nature based, design, philosophy since 2009, and teaching it since 2015. Permaculture is about using nature as a guide in all areas of life, from creating resilient gardens to building resilient communities.
I predominately use this practice in my community garden role as a Gardeniser, but focus on it mainly to guide people into how to be strong mentally, tapping into their core resilience for positive mental wellbeing. I believe we all have the capacity to reframe our thinking of what adversity is, and instead use it to promote growth towards positive outcomes.
Nature and the Earth are the key elements in my practice, helping people to identify with aspects of the natural world as a way to overcome adversity. I integrate hypnotherapy as part of relaxation techniques.
I work with mild anxiety, low self esteem, climate change anxiety, difficult challenges and being stuck, and how you can use permaculture to overcome them.
I qualified as a Hypnotherapist in Nov 2023. I also offer this therapeutic practice as a separate service.
Get in touch for an initial free 45 minute, zoom call consultation to find out what permaculture is and how it can be used to support your mental wellbeing.

Kate Cook MBACP
I am an experienced and compassionate counsellor dedicated to helping individuals find clarity and self-awareness in the midst of life’s challenges. My journey to becoming a counsellor was sparked by a firsthand realisation of the profound value that talking therapies and safe spaces for reflection and conversation offer. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of providing support for a wide range of issues including bereavement, low self-esteem, depression, addiction and trauma. I have worked with many complex and vulnerable clients and whilst my thinking is rooted in psychodynamic principles, my therapeutic approach is distinctly relational putting the relationship with my clients at the centre of our work together.
Having previously worked in the corporate environment, I understand the internal and external pressures that can impact self-esteem and overall well-being. I offer consistency, confidentiality, reliability, empathy and unwavering ethical standards. My psychodynamic thinking and relational approach allows me to help clients explore how their experiences in childhood and adolescence affect how they respond to events in their everyday lives, all within the context of a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship.
In a world where it can be hard to find a space to think and process, I provide a quiet, safe and non-judgmental environment where we can think about you.

Hello and welcome. Do you feel anxious, depressed or both? Something needs to change, but you are not sure what? Are you in chronic physical pain, and do you sense this might be exacerbated by stress and anxiety? Perhaps you are wondering whether past experiences are affecting your day-to-day life.
Whatever has brought you here today, I want you to know that this is a safe and confidential space where you can freely explore your emotions without fear of judgment. In therapy, we can explore your past and present experiences, create a sense of safety, and work through any emotional pain. There’s no specific agenda for our sessions — it’s a space for us to reflect and discuss whatever is important to you. Therapy is a collaborative process, so we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. Instead of pushing you out of your comfort zone, we’ll gradually expand it.
I am a registered psychodynamic psychotherapist offering in-person sessions at a confidential consulting room. Online sessions are also available via Zoom.
Please email me in the first instance to book up our initial appointment. From there you can decide whether or not to carry on with me. Prior to this, if you would like. we can arrange a free 15 minute telephone consultation where I can answer any questions you may have.

I’m a friendly and empathic counsellor with years of experience working with adults. My approach is non-judgemental and puts the relationship with my client and the heart of counselling. I do this by listening without prejudice and in the knowledge that you are the expert in your life.
Talking therapy provides a space to be heard and an opportunity to think about your life, relationships and repeating patterns of behaviour. This involves speaking about your past and the experiences that have made you who you are. Please have a look at my website for more details.

I am a fully qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist and Trauma Release Therapist.
Previously, for 20 years I practiced in Harley Street, helping my clients with a diverse range of issues. Now, having relocated from London, I am excited to offer sessions from Wheathampstead and Hertford.
My speciality is Self-Esteem, Weight Loss and Emotional Trauma. I truly believe that all deep-rooted issues can be cleared and resolved, and that life doesn’t have to be a constant struggle and a ‘print-out’ of the past. With the right therapeutic resources, positive intention, and openness, change will happen, with energy, clarity and peace restored.
“Regardless of any sadness, anger, disappointment, fear and hurt, it is the will of your heart to open and align with your soul’s calling for love, peace and wholeness.” — Sandy

Psychodynamic Therapist
Izzy Ross MBACP
I am an experienced and empathic counsellor, I have trained as a psychodynamic counsellor, but I feel it is important to work in a relational way as I want my clients to feel safe, secure, and able to tell their truth in the counselling space. I work intuitively along side my clients, and work with whatever they bring to the session as you go along your journey more things might arise and we will take it step-by-step together.
I have worked with many clients from 18+ and all have come with a variety of different issues, such as anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, work-related issues, stress, or trauma the list goes on but I feel it is important to go at the client’s pace as being in therapy is not easy. So, I am here to offer my clients a supporting space and allow them to feel heard.
From coming from the childcare sector, I have come to realise how important our early years are for our development and shaping the person we become, with this in mind I feel the work I do with my clients will explore all aspects of their life and try to give more understanding to the present as we can learn a lot from the past.
Your mental health is precious and it is something that many of us put to the bottom of the list, give yourself the space you deserve to think, feel, and understand. As everyone’s mental health matters.
